PROBLEM:
Drive patients to call the Health Information Center to get expert advice when picking a physician that is affiliated with Saddleback Memorial Medical center.

SOLUTION:
A newspaper, direct mail and cable TV campaign that broke through the clutter of the typical hospital ad. Used vintage photos and film footage to attract attention and control cost. The hospital had to hire another operator and cut the newspaper run short because the health center call volume rose over 50%. The campaign was a finalist in the Globals in the mixed media catagory.
